TRASCO - MAXI
System consists of the following basic components :
House control and information unit, power source, a pair of temperature sensors, apartment control
unit, space thermostats, thermal mechanisms, electronic sensors of the water supply.
- House control and information unit - it is placed at a foot of the building, and is designed
for maximum 48 apartments. It serves for keeping of service information, for the whole
consumption data store (invoice details), security message delivery, adjustment of damping
temperature for the whole house, interconnection with the computer and security central
station. It is possible to adjust, using the program command, the damping temperature for
the individual users, as well as the power supply and back-up of the house and apartment
control units.
- Power Supply - it is positioned at a foot of the object and serves for the central power
supply of the space thermostats and thermal mechanisms (action elements)
- Platinum temperature sensors - they are being installed on the heating water intake and
return at the foot of the house. It serves for measurement of the immediate temperature of
the intake and return heating water.
- Apartment control unit - it is installed at every user - it serves for reading of the heating
and warm- and cold-water consumption, transfer of the consumption data into the house
control unit and, for the program regulation in the range 15 - 30 °C for the separate rooms.
- Space thermostat - it is installed in every regulated room and serves for the temperature
measurement, for the thermal mechanism control and for communication with the apartment
control unit.
- Thermal mechanism - it is positioned as a control element on the radiator valve. It serves for
the radiator opening and closing on the basis of the space thermostat commands (it works
in the two-position regime - opened/closed).
- Electronic sensors of the water consumption - they are positioned on or in the water meters
and serve for the remote reading of the warm or cold water in the apartments.
