HEAT SAVINGS PROGRAM, PROGRAM FOR ECOLOGY

Intelligent system of heating regulation, which is based upon the principle of individual temperature regulation in the separate rooms (IRC system), is economically and ecologically the best way how to save energy with keeping optimum temperature conditions and optimum operation of the heating system.
TRASCO s.r.o. was founded in 1991. It seats in the former TESLA ROŽNOV area. It develops and produces the Czech electronic programmable systems for an intelligent control and regulation of the heating systems, which have reasonable prices.
TRASCO offers systems for heating system control based upon the principle of individual temperature regulation in the separate rooms, so called IRC system, and systems for measurement of the heat consumption (cost allocation), and the warm and cold water consumption with its remote reading.
Systems TRASCO represent a quite new quality of the temperature regulation in comparison with equithermic or zone regulation or regulation with thermostatic valves, and a quite new quality of a heat allocation measurement in comparison with the heat allocation measurement instruments based upon a principle of evaporation or upon a change of the glass colour.

Utilization:

  • Apartment houses, prefabs and other dwelling houses, family houses, banks, hotels, administration houses, offices, boarding houses, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, industrial and other objects.
  • For absolute majority of types of the warm-water heating (radiators, underfloor heating) or electric heating (direct heating panels, electric radiators, convectors, underfloor heating, etc.) systems.

    The TRASCO systems represent a control and regulation of the heating system based upon the individual temperature regulation in each separate room (IRC system). It comes from the presumption that the customer is interested in the concrete temperature in the concrete conditions, and not e.g. in the radiator temperature, or even in the outdoor temperature. In every room, there is placed a space thermostat, which measures temperature, controls the action element (for the warm-water systems, it is a radiator valve with a thermal mechanism, for the direct electric heating, it is a power switch). It communicates with the control unit (CU), on which the user sets the temperature required for the appropriate room. Thermal mechanisms generally serve as electronic controllers of the radiator valves. They have, using program commands, either to close or to open the valves - they work then between two positions. The power switches control switching on or out of the electric heating.
    TRASCO systems relieve you of the necessity to run around the radiators in every room and to regulate manually the common or thermostatic regulation valves with each requirement to change a temperature (e.g. when coming to or leaving work, at night, when leaving for cottage, holiday, etc.).
    TRASCO systems represent one from the basic building stones of the branch called domotics. It is a branch about which you will hear much in the future.
    If you already have in your warm-water heating system installed the radiator-based regulation valves with operable thermostatic heads from an any manufacturer, e.g. Heimeier, Danfoss, Honeywell, Oventrop, Herz, SAM Myjava etc., we shall adapt these heads on the electrically controlled thermal mechanism within the scope of our TRASCO systems delivery.

    Our systems differ from the comparable, mostly also superior, products of some renowned world manufacturers only by its exceptionally favourable price.
