system for the Heat and Water Control and Measurement

System TRASCO-MAXI is an integral unit construction system which is designed especially for the apartment houses, prefabs and other dwelling houses or objects with many users (tenants, co-owners), who have a right and need to affect their own consumption of heat and water.

TRASCO-MAXI system includes a high-precision electronic heat, and warm- and cold-water allocation measurement with comfortable way of the heating system control, which is based upon the principle of the individual temperature regulation in the separate rooms, and moreover, with a possibility of security messages. The unit construction system enables a gradual extension of comfort according to the financial dispositions and increasing needs of customers.

TRASCO - MAXI system assures a high-precision heat allocation measurement for the individual apartments (tenants), which tends to the measurement with absolute accuracy.
It serves for the electronic heat cost allocation to the individual tenants, and therefore does not require a metrology verification. This measurement is based upon the regulation, therefore it is in fact free of charge. Charge is taken only for the programmed regulation.
The heat consumption calculation results directly from the temperature regulation in the individual rooms. It is carried out using the calorimetric equation. In this equation, there are substituted a maximum power of the separate radiators and vertical pipes, a mean radiator temperature calculated from the temperature of the intake and return water (measured at a foot of the house), a standard temperature of the rooms (20 °C), and a term when the separate radiators have been opened.
On the apartment and house control unit displays, there has been displayed an immediate heat consumption in the separate apartments as a sum of all apartment consumption. It is possible to make directly the correction on the apartment position (ground floor, last floor, north side, etc.), in case that it is required by owner. It is possible to transfer the data from the house control unit to PC using the TRASCO programmer, laptop or the direct interconnection with PC (TV cable, telephone, radiomodem, or special cable). Using the appropriate program, it is possible to allocate the data on the heat and water consumption to the individual users of the apartment.
