• Individually directed electronic programmable regulation of temperature in the separate rooms (maximum 5 rooms), selection of the night, morning, afternoon and weekend attenuation programs, which are for user a source of considerable savings.
  
• High-precision electronic heat, and warm- and cold-water allocation measurement at the individual users with immediate reading directly at the user (tenant - continuous information on the consumption), and with a remote reading at a foot of the object (building), which makes this reading for the Object owner easier and cheaper. This facilitates the continuous inspection of the heat, and warm- and cold-water consumption.
  
• Adjustment of the minimum damped temperature for the whole building (15-19 °C) serves as a protection of the stock of dwellings against a deliberate overcooling and mildew emergence.
  
• Adjustment of the damped temperature for the particular apartments (tenants) where the heat and warm- and cold-water supply has not been paid up, or in the cases when the apartment is not utilized.
  
• Opening and closing the valves equipped with the thermal mechanism using program commands - it has been designed for the purpose of service activities.
  
• Reversing of valves - that is a protection against "freezing of valves". Once a week, the closed valves are opened and the opened ones are closed.
  
• Report on the fire rise and the apartment inundation.
  
• Interconnection with PC.
